The Idaho Horse Council Equine Youth Fund comes from the Historic Horse Racing pari-mutuel fund.
The fund supports individuals or programs that enhance equine and leadership skills in a positive learning environment that will benefit the Idaho horse industry.
Our purpose is to promote all facets of idaho’s equine industry, to serve as its voice, monitor legislation affecting equine activities, and be the source of information and resources for idaho’s horsemen and horsewomen.
